First 1–8 Hours  Wear loose dark clothes. Let tan develop.  A no soap Shower in a few hours is fine. Pat dry (don’t rub). Moisturize with aloe-based lotion.  No exfoliants for a few days.  Use Daily SPF 30+ outdoors. Moisturize 2x/day.
