At Key West Med Spa we take massage seriously, so you can have your massage in a professional, clean and relaxing environment.
Swedish Massage
This relaxing and revitalizing technique uses longer stokes and lighter touch to make you feel rejuvenated. It enhances blood flow to the tissues. These massages normally take an hour or more to perform and the benefits are long lasting.
Deep Tissue Massage
Using more pressure, this massage gets deep into the connection and muscle tissues. These types of massages can help chronic pain, arthritis, and may loosen up scar tissue.
Sports Massage
Whether it's part of your pre or post performance, a sport massage can help you get to the next level. With concentration on decreasing stiff muscles, the benefits of this type of massage also improve muscle aches.
